How Pharco Corporation collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data.
Pharco Corporation is an Egyptian pharmaceutical group headquartered in New Cairo, Egypt, comprising 13 companies operating across the full pharmaceutical value chain. In this Privacy Policy, "Pharco", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pharco Corporation and its affiliated companies registered in Egypt, acting as data controller of personal data collected through this website.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data submitted through pharco-corp.com — including via the Contact Us form, newsletter subscription, and Careers application process. It applies to all website visitors regardless of location.
This policy does not cover data processed in the context of employment relationships, clinical trials, or B2B contracts, which are governed by separate agreements.
When you submit an enquiry, we collect: full name, email address, phone number (if provided), company or organisation name (for business enquiries), and the content of your message.
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect: email address, name (optional), and language preference (English or Arabic).
When you apply for a position via our Careers section — which directs you to SAP SuccessFactors (career55.sapsf.eu) — we and our service providers collect: full name, date of birth, nationality, contact details, educational and professional qualifications, employment history, references, curriculum vitae, and any information you voluntarily include in your application.
When you browse this website, we automatically collect: IP address (anonymised where possible), browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent, referring URL, and session interaction data. In the event of a breach likely to cause risk, we will notify the PDPC and affected individuals as required under the PDPL.
