GMP Compliance Specialist
Summary:
Prepare and conduct regular necessary checks to verify approved production and quality instruction compliance with pre-established criteria.
Job requirements:
1.
Follow up and witness production and packaging activities to
ensure compliance and perform necessary checks to ensure product quality.
2.
Ensure product proper labeling regarding identity and status to
maintain product identification.
3.
Fully attend raw material handling steps whether in dispensing or
during preparation to ensure material identity, batches and weight.
4.
Witness process validation and equipment qualification and
calibration studies to ensure adherence to EEPI internal SOPs and on time
performance according to plan.
5.
Participate in expired and rejected products disposal committees
to ensure product reconciliation and complete destruction.
6.
Follow up implementation of target market special requirements
during processing and prior to product dispatch including packaging.
7.
Verify area cleanliness and clearance to assure compliance with
GMP standards.
8.
Participate in relevant SOPs and BPR revision.
9.
Participate in reviewing BPR records to ensure that data are
correct, complete and within company acceptance criteria and accordingly
release or hold intermediates for further processing.
10.
Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding all
compliance functions updates as per superior instruction and work needs to
ensure effective and accurate updated records.
11.
Monitoring of all environmental conditions in the production areas
to ensure the compliance with the required conditions.
12.
Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising
from the business.
Qualifications:
