2- Check and follow up the Personnel Protection Equipment's (PPE's) used by all employees (direct, indirect), as well as controlling and maintaining all safety equipment's. Define & propose safety equipment needs and coordinate with Supply Chain following purchase and supply procedures to guarantee availability of appropriate safety equipment's, as well as maintain defined quality standards.
3- Collaborate in analysis for all labor accidents and near-miss, based on health and safety indicators and prepare periodical reports of this analysis to Management and Labor Institution. Prepare and submit official documents related to accidents occurrence, such as Absence Notification and Medication Completion Notification and send them to the HR to ensure effective documentations, implementation for all safety procedures in compliance with Labor Law, with the aim to improve the health and safety procedures and activities.
4- Assist and cooperate with the safety team in securing the worksites at which hazardous chemicals (i.e. flammable & combustible) are stored, handled and used, with fire precautionary measures.
5- Assist in performing the fire causes analysis and fire drills on periodical scheme, with guidance of superior, and with full cooperation with firefighting team, company employees and contractors.
6- Conduct daily inspection tour on Fire Fighting tools (fire extinguishers and Firefighting Vehicle) and fire detection systems.
7- Follow up the stock of fire-fighting equipment' & replace empty fire extinguishers and record data for the new and old fire extinguisher (serial number, date of made …etc.) to ensure reliability and availability of Fire Fighting tools and systems.
