QC - Packaging Material Specialist

Summary:

Coordinate, follow-up, & execute packaging material lab activities including testing of incoming material consignments, periodic testing of current material stock, new packaging material supplier inspections in accordance with pre-established material specification & analysis methods.

Job requirements:

• Commitment to standard operating procedures, ISO and GMP guidelines and applying any form needed.

• Packaging material sampling/releasing throughout all warehouses.   

• Preparation of experimental sheet and samples to be experimented in production departments as well as samples for microbiology tests if require.

• Keeping retain sample from all packaging material delivery either accepted or rejected   

• Follow data integrity & computer system validation.

• Applying chemical and physical inspection according to updated specifications and test methods 

• Commitment to standard operating procedures, ISO and GMP guidelines and applying any form needed.

• Preparation of certificate of analysis and writing results in analyst notebook and signing in instruments log sheet and participate in out of specification investigation.   

• Perform intermediate check / maintenance of lab instruments according to related SOP.

• Prepares reagents as needed.

• Revise artworks for packaging material.

• Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.

Qualifications:

B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy, Science or Chemical Engineering.
