Documentation Specialist - R & D
Summary:
Prepare & archive all R&D documentation activities including: stability charts, analytical methods, SOPs…etc & guarantee that all documents related to concerned departments are issued, maintained, stored, archived & retrieved properly throughout its life cycle.
Job requirements:
1- Draft, modify & revise SOPs received from relevant stakeholders including: product sampling plan, product master formula, analytical methods of product identification, analytical methods to ensure production equipment cleaning…etc to ensure smooth & timely manner flow of information & compliance with MOH, Pharmacopeia, quality & related standards.
2- Prepare, update & archive all documents related to quality management system (quality, safety & environment), stability charts & all related documents concerning R&D unit.
3- Prepare, maintain & develop policies and procedures concerning related departments aligned with company & corporate. Attend internal & external audits and perform retainable archiving for documents, applied forms and SOPs to guarantee effective, continuous improvement of department activities and compliance with performance standards.
4- Provide periodical reports with appropriate analysis regarding department function updates, prepare presentations and develop surveys as per superior instruction and work needs to ensure effective & accurate updated records.
5- Fulfill other related tasks as asked by management and as arising from the business.
Qualifications:
B.Sc. Degree in Science.
